Kelly Sawyer has done enough to shape the way we shop this season. As Creative Director of stylish LA shopping staple, Satine, we’ve already been indirectly influenced by Kelly – a few of the most dangerous items on our list for Santa are coming straight from the boutique! We knew Kelly would make a great addition to our wishlist features this holiday (this week Clare Vivier, next week Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla), not only is she dangerously fashionable, but she’s a family gal to the core and co-founder of one of our favorite charities, Baby2Baby. It’s that kind of well-rounded girl whose wishlist we’re dying to read! Here is Kelly’s wishlist full of the best gifts she’s ever unwrapped, what she’s giving this year and a few things she’s hoping to receive…

The gift I'm giving everyone:

Christmas ornaments I picked up at an outdoor market in Paris.

In my stocking I hope to find...

Socks and pajamas. My family knows I never buy myself socks and PJs during the year, so they load me up every Christmas.

Tradition I love the most:

Decorating the Christmas tree, of course! My husband and I both have ornaments from our childhood, so we explain to our kids what it was like when we were little ones. And now our kids are collecting their own.

I've been looking for the perfect...

Holiday wreath. My friend Stephanie Shur has a shop, Botany, that makes beautiful handmade wreaths. Editor’s note: See today’s Botany tutorial.

Favorite places for holiday shopping:

Everything I want is online. And it comes gift wrapped.

Person I splurge on:

My girlfriends.

On my list every year:

Celine. (The label, not the Canadian singer.)

The best gift I ever received:

My Jack Russell, Wilbur.

The children in my life are getting...

Stilts. I’m not kidding. I had them as a child! I found these amazing ones online that are handmade by the Amish.

It's not the holidays without:

It used to be eggnog, but now it’s Spiced Almond from Pressed Juicery

I always look forward to a gift from...

My secret Santa. My friends all get together Christmas Eve and exchange ridiculous presents.

Wrap it up - fave wrapping paper/technique:

Brown craft paper and twine.

Favorite gift as a child:

A Barbie Ferrari

How I'm giving back:

Every year, Baby2Baby has a holiday party where we match children with their Christmas wishes and provide their parents with the basic essentials the kids need, like warm coats, shoes and pajamas. We have a hot-chocolate bar, decorate mini Christmas trees, make handmade snow-globes from Mason jars, and take pics with Santa. Everyone feels warm and fuzzy after that!
